Some Andriod users have been experiencing a "Suspicious app activity" error message when using the Mobile App.
We discovered that some older versions of antivirus software on Android phones couldn't recognize the Zip app.
To continue using our app please follow these four simple steps:
1. Open AVG or any security software installed on your mobile and select the menu tab(In the top left-hand corner).
2. Scroll down to locate the 'Settings' tab and then select 'Updates' icon.
3. 'Check for update' (You should have a Nov 12, 2018 version or later).
4. Once updated the warning message should be resolved after you click 'Rescan' and you can continue to use the Zip App uninterrupted.
