If you haven't received your SMS code yet, firstly bear in mind that it can take 1-2 minutes for the code to come through, so sit tight.
To receive your SMS code please ensure that:
- The number on your account is your own number and up to date. (Remember the number on your account would be the number you used when signing up)
- Your account is not overdue.
- Your account is not locked to the merchant you signed up for Zip Money with.
If you still haven't received your code in this time (or you've entered the code too many times), contact Customer Care here and we’ll get straight on to it.
Good to know: If you've changed your phone number since your last purchase, you can update your details by contacting Customer Care.
