What should I do if my scheduled payment fails?

If your scheduled payment has failed, you can either make up the repayment manually, or reschedule the payment to be processed at a date within 7 days. To have the payment automatically processed, simply put some money into your bank account, and we'll check in the next day and grab it automatically.

If this was due to your payment method no longer being valid, you can add a new card or add a new bank account.

If you are having some financial trouble and would like to reschedule your payment at date later than 7 days, Contact Us here and indicate which date you would like the missed payment to be processed. Please be advised, however, that if the payment is 21 days late, we may apply a late fee onto your account.
