How do I set or change my Zip Money repayment schedule?

Once you have set up your account, your default repayment schedule is set to automatically process your minimum repayment amount at the end of every month. Once you have made your first order, your first repayment will be processed at the end of that month, and every month after that until the balance is $0.

However, you can manually reschedule how much is deducted and how often using the "Scheduled Payments" settings screen accessed from your digital wallet.

Please note

That the automatically scheduled payments will continue to process, even if you make a one-off repayment during the month.

But as soon as you've met your minimum payment for the month, you can update your schedule for the next month.

To help you keep track of your finances, your monthly statement provides a summary of your Zip Pay purchases and payments for the past month.

It's simple to change your repayment schedule. Follow these steps to view or manage your scheduled repayments:

Mobile App

  1. Log-in and select Zip Money
  2. Go to 'Schedule'
  3. Choose a payment frequency and add the amount you'd like to pay each time
  4. Select a start date for your scheduled payments, then click 'Save Schedule'

All done - your payment schedule is now set up for future repayments.

How do I make additional payments?

You can make an additional payment at any time by clicking ‘Additional Payment’ on the bottom left of your Digital Wallet. From there you can choose if you'd like to make the payment by card, or via BPAY.

Important:

Any extra payments you make will not stop your schedule from running.

If you’ve already made your minimum repayment for the month, you can move your schedule to the following month.
