Managing Users - Roles and Permissions

There are five key role types: Merchant Administrator, Manager, Web Manager, Store User and Reporting users, all of which have different capabilities within the merchant dashboard.

Merchant Administrator

  • Ability to create and view all orders for all branches.
  • Ability to resend orders if they are in progress for all branches
  • Ability to process full/partial refunds.
  • Ability to view all Customers for all branches.
  • Ability to extract disbursement CSV reports
  • Ability to create invitations to new customers.
  • Ability to create new dashboard accounts with Manager, Webstore, Store User and Reporting User access.

Manager

  • Ability to create and view all orders for their assigned branch.
  • Ability to resend orders if they are in progress for their assigned branch.
  • Ability to process full/partial refunds.
  • Ability to create invitations to new customers.
  • Ability to view all Customers for their assigned branch.

Webstore Manager

  • Ability to create and view all orders for your webstore.
  • Ability to resend orders if they are in progress your webstore.
  • Ability to process full/partial refunds.
  • Ability to create invitations to new customers for the webstore.
  • Ability to view all Customers for their branch for your webstore.

Store User

  • Ability to create and view all orders for their assigned branch.
  • Ability to resend orders if they are in progress for their assigned branch.
  • Ability to create invitations to new customers for their assigned branch.
  • Ability to view all Customers for their assigned branch.

Reporting User

  • Ability to view all orders for all branches.
  • Ability to view all Customers for all branches.
  • Ability to extract disbursement CSV reports
