When to hand over goods to a customer?

Please make sure to only hand over or send out the goods when the order status in your dashboard is Completed. This status ensures the customer has authorised the transfer of funds from their account and the merchant has confirmed the sale. When a merchant completes an order a notification is sent to Zip to disburse funds from the sale.
