What should I do if my scheduled payment fails?

If your scheduled payment has failed, we'll let you know via email. If that then means you are behind with your payments (less than the minimum monthly amount of $40) we will try again automatically the following day.

Or alternatively, you can log into your digital wallet and process a one-off payment by card or BPAY.
