Why is my account on hold?

If there is a hold on your Zip account this may limit your ability to create new orders. Some reasons that your Zip account may be placed on hold can include but are not limited to:

- Your Zip account is in arrears (overdue payments); Click here if your account is overdue
- You have requested to place a hold on your Zip account; Click here to decrease your limit or submit a form to close your account.
- We suspect that your account use is in violation of your contract and/or terms and conditions;
- To protect you, or us, from fraud or other losses;
