Why was my application unsuccessful?

As a responsible provider of credit, we consider a number of factors as part of our assessment process. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Your credit file, which may demonstrate your repayment history with other lenders and accounts (e.g. telco, utilities and credit accounts).
  • The personal information you provided, which allows us to confirm your identity.

Our Accounts Team also take into consideration the banking information or bank statements you provided, this provides insight into your monthly expenses and ensures you have sufficient funds each month to afford repayments.

If our assessment process results in your application being declined, we aren't able to specify the exact reason for this.
