Setting Up Notifications

In the Notifications tab you are able to select status updates for both you and your customer during an order process to receive email notifications about the following.


Order related notifications (check here for definitions):

  • Authorised
  • Completed Order
  • Cancelled
  • Refunded

Customer related notifications:

  • Approved - the customer's application has been approved, but they have not yet accepted the contract.
  • Under Review - a member of our Underwriting team is looking into the application
  • Declined - the customer's application has unfortunately been rejected
